The Chicago Department of Environment, Division of energy Management and Air Quality, will discuss low-cost and no-cost opportunities to decrease residential energy consumption as well as advancing energy efficiency technologies for new and existing construction. In addition, this presentation will address the City's efforts to reduces energy consumption and identify energy efficiency and utility assistance programs available to Chicago residents.
