- Had her chief of staff carry a pager so constituents could have 24-hour access in emergencies
- Created a "one-stop" process where her office staff serves a liaison between 46th Ward constituents and all government agencies at all levels of government
- Streamlined the process for sewer rebates and condo rebates
- Instituted a number of one-of-a-kind services for Ward residents
