The 46th Ward Zoning Charrette was held on Saturday, July 29, 2006, at Truman College from 10am to noon. Download the presentation from the charrette.

Following the presentation, participants broke out into small groups to discuss residential and business/commercial zoning and historical preservation. Each group then made recommendations based on their discussions. Ald. Shiller hopes to introduce a number of zoning changes recommended by the 46th Ward Zoning Task Force in the spring of 2007.
