Would you like to be a homeowner?

ImageAlderman Shiller has worked with developers to create affordable ownership opportunities in the 46th Ward. 

Through the Chicago Partnership for Affordable Neighborhoods (CPAN) program, some new condominiums will be available for sale to moderate income families through a lottery.

To get into the pool for the next lottery, you must have attended all five (5) homeownership training classes.

The next set of classes will be held at Truman College, Novar Hall, Room 3426 (3rd floor).  All classes are held from 6pm to 8pm.

  • Wednesday, October 10
  • Wednesday, October 17
  • Wednesday, October 24
  • Wednesday, November 7

You must have attended all five (5) classes to be eligible to participate in the lotteries for units created through this program in the 46th Ward.
