halloween parade poster The annual Northhalsted Halloween Parade will kick off Wednesday, October 31, 2007, at 7:00 pm.

The parade will be on Halsted between Belmont and Cornelia.

Traffic closure will be in effect from 7:00pm- 9:15pm.
