Via the CTA

The Mystery Shopping Program provides CTA customers with the opportunity to evaluate the quality of service provided by the CTA. With your help, the CTA will have a detailed understanding of our customer experience, allowing them to identify service issues that require immediate action and use customer feedback to make informed business decisions.

Customers that are interested in participating can register by emailing This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it or by calling 1-888-YOUR-CTA. When emailing, please be sure to include your name and email address. Customers that email will be sent the information electronically. If you prefer to have the information mailed, please call the CTA, and they will send the information to you.

The first 1,000 customers to complete and submit their evaluation, will receive a CTA Transit Card with one full fare within 7-10 business days. The Transit Card can be used to pay your fare on any CTA Bus or Train. (Limit one per household, please. Photocopies NOT accepted. Incomplete evaluations are ineligible.)
