The 46th Ward Community Service Office is located at 4544 N Broadway.  The office will be open during the following times during the holiday season:

Monday, 12/22 - 9am to 5pm
Tuesday, 12/23 - 9am to 5pm
Wednesday, 12/24 - closed
Thursday, 12/25 - closed
Friday, 12/26 - 9am - 12pm

Monday, 12/29 - 9am- 12pm
Tuesday, 12/30 - 9am - 12pm
Wednesday, 12/31 - 9am - 12pm
Thursday, 1/1 - closed
Friday, 1/2 - closed

Regular office hours will resume on Monday, January 5, 2009.
