Work at the site is focused entirely on installing the 90 caissons that will support the new building's superstructure. Crews are using an auger to dig the foundation for each steel-reinforced concrete caisson. Aside from trucks and equipment entering and leaving the site, the current work should have minimal impact on the neighborhood. Crews will not begin re-paving Racine and Sunnyside until sometime in April.
