The first Chicago Cubs night game is on Sunday, April 19, 2009, and the Wrigley Field Permit Program restrictions will be in effect.  

Cubs Night game LV2 parking passes are in the mail to the car owners who live on LV2 streets.  

Non-car owners who need guest passes or vehicle owners who do not receive their passes via the mail can pick them up at the 46th Ward Office.  Bring proof of your address (lease, utility bill, etc.).
