Via Uptown United, Uptown Special Service Area #34
Through the Uptown Special Service Area #34, 11 "Poop-a-Doopa" dog poop bag dispensers have been placed onto various lightpoles
throughout the SSA.
Remember, do not put the bags down the sewers. The Water Department says that this accounts for many of the catch basins getting clogged.
