City of Chicago 2010-2014 Capital Improvement Program Public Hearing

The five-year Capital Improvement Program is the plan for addressing Chicago's neighborhood infrastructure needs, including: street resurfacing, lighting, alleys, traffic lights, curbs and gutters, sewers, sidewalks, and city facilities.

The City of Chicago wants to hear your suggestions for capital improvements in your neighborhood through a series of public hearings.  Representatives from the Office of Budget and Management and various City infrastructure departments will present the Draft 2010-2014 Capital Improvement Program and be available to discuss the many neighborhood infrastructure improvement options.

The hearing closest to the 46th Ward will take place on:

Thursday, May 6, 2010 at the 16th District Police Station, 5151 N Milwaukee Avenue.

Registration begins at 6:30pm.  Session begins at 7:00pm.
