LV2 Permits Now Available at Ward Office

LV2 Permits and guest permits are now available at the 46th Ward office for those living in LV2/Cubs parking areas. This secures parking for residents living near Wrigley Field (vs. patrons to the stadium).

Please bring Proof of address, ID, and city sticker number. You do not need your city sticker number if only picking up guest passes.

Permits are being mailed to eligible residents from the Department of Revenue and will arrive via mail throughout the week. Some residents in the LV2 parking area may not receive permits via mail because:

  • Their car is eligible for the boot.
  • They didn't purchase their most recent city sticker from the City Clerk's office.
  • They weren't living in an LV2 area last season

  The dotted streets are LV2
Vehicles parked on streets with LV2/Cubs signage will be ticketed and towed if the permit is not displayed during Cubs home night games.

The first home night game is on Monday, April 18th.

Please note: these permits are also needed during night concerts at Wrigley Field. If you have any questions about the permit, please call the 46th Ward office at 773.878.4646.
